Charidan Maltby was born and raised in West Jordan, Utah, and has long been committed to serving her community and advocating for its members. Before pursuing a legal career, Charidan worked as a recreational therapy aide, providing care for individuals with disabilities, and gained valuable experience in various assisted living facilities.

Charidan attended Westminster College, where she expanded her horizons by studying abroad in Eichstatt, Germany, focusing on flight and migration. From Westminster, she graduated summa cum laude with a degree in philosophy. Following her undergraduate studies, Charidan pursued her law degree at the University of Utah.

In 2024, Charidan joined CoilLaw, bringing with her a strong passion for family law and a deep commitment to helping clients navigate challenging times. She is enthusiastic about launching her legal career and contributing meaningfully to the field. Charidan currently resides in Herriman with her fiancée and their senior dog, Diesel. In her free time, she enjoys swimming and spending time outdoors during the warmer months, while in winter, she prefers staying in to play board games and enjoy cozy moments at home.
