Why Not Just Take the Initial Settlement Check?
It may seem easier and faster to just accept the initial settlement check from the insurance company. The problem with that, in many cases, is that the check the insurance company is offering is nowhere near large enough to cover all the injury related expenses a person has. This is because insurance companies aren’t always looking out for the best interests of the injured party. Instead, a lot of insurance companies attempt to offer the lowest settlement possible. If you’ve been injured and the insurance company’s initial offer is causing you to worry about how you’ll pay for your medical expenses, Moxie Law Group can offer support.
